No Returns or Refunds

Perfumes are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. Once an order has been placed and shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Yarahel is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
